Our Approach to Refunds

Blockchain integration projects are complex and collaborative. We work closely with each client to understand their needs and deliver solutions that match their requirements. Because of the customized nature of our consultation services, we've developed a refund policy that balances flexibility with the realities of professional service delivery.

Every project begins with detailed discussions about scope, timelines, and deliverables. This upfront clarity helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures we're aligned before work begins. When issues do arise, we prefer to resolve them through communication rather than automatic refunds.

Consultation Services

Initial consultation sessions can be refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Once a consultation has taken place, the time and expertise invested cannot be reclaimed, so refunds aren't available for completed sessions.

If you're dissatisfied with a consultation outcome, we'd rather discuss what went wrong and find a way to add more value.

Implementation Projects

Project-based work follows a milestone structure. Refunds are calculated based on work completed at the time of cancellation. If we're halfway through development, you'll be charged for that half and refunded the remainder.

This approach protects both parties and acknowledges the real costs of custom development work.

Learning Programs

Educational program refunds depend on how far into the program you've progressed. Within the first two weeks, you can receive a full refund minus any materials already provided. After that period, refunds are prorated based on content accessed.

We've structured this to give people time to decide if the program fits their needs without gaming the system.

Technical Support Packages

Prepaid support hours that haven't been used can be refunded within 90 days of purchase. Once we've provided support using those hours, they're considered consumed and not eligible for refund.

We track support usage carefully so there's never confusion about what's been used.

We'll review your request within two business days. In many cases, we'll reach out to understand what went wrong and whether there's a way to resolve the issue without processing a refund. Sometimes a conversation reveals solutions that work better for everyone.

Once we've made a decision, we'll notify you by email with details about the approved amount and processing timeline. If we're unable to provide a refund based on our policy terms, we'll explain why and suggest alternatives when possible.

Refund Completion

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The money returns through your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment processor, it might take an additional few days to appear in your account.

5-7 business days to process, plus 2-3 days for your bank to post the credit

Bank Transfer

7-10 business days depending on international transfer requirements

What's Not Refundable

Some things can't be undone once they've happened. Completed consulting sessions fall into this category. Once we've spent time analyzing your situation and providing recommendations, that expertise has been delivered and consumed.

Custom development work that's been completed and delivered also isn't refundable, though we'll work with you if there are quality issues or if deliverables don't match what was agreed upon.

Third-party costs that we've incurred on your behalf, like blockchain transaction fees or specialized software licenses purchased for your project, can't be refunded since we've already paid those expenses.

Common Situations

Project Scope Changes

If you need to significantly change project scope mid-development, we'll reassess the timeline and costs. You won't be charged for work we haven't done, and we can refund payments for cancelled portions of the original scope.

Technical Feasibility Issues

Sometimes during discovery we learn that a proposed approach won't work as expected. If we determine your project isn't technically feasible before significant work begins, we'll refund everything except the discovery phase costs.

Timeline Delays

If we miss deadlines due to our own capacity issues, you have the option to cancel and receive a refund for incomplete work. We take timeline commitments seriously and will be upfront if we can't meet agreed dates.

Quality Concerns

Work that doesn't meet professional standards will be revised at no additional cost. If revisions still don't resolve quality issues, we'll discuss partial refunds based on the specific problems and work completed.
