Blockchain that actually works for your business

We've spent years figuring out which blockchain applications make business sense and which ones are just noise. Most companies in Taiwan don't need complex crypto solutions—they need practical integration that solves real problems.

Who's behind this

Started by someone who got tired of blockchain consultants promising the moon. We focus on what actually delivers value.

I've been doing this since 2017, back when people were still trying to put everything on a blockchain. Learned pretty quickly that most businesses don't need decentralized solutions—they need better data management and clearer verification processes.

Worked with manufacturing companies in Taipei trying to track supply chains. Helped a small logistics firm cut verification time by half without touching cryptocurrency. Most of my work involves telling clients what they don't need, which isn't great for sales but keeps projects realistic.

These days I spend time between client sites in Keelung and remote work. Coffee consumption has remained consistent throughout.

What we actually bring to the table

After working on dozens of projects, these are the areas where blockchain genuinely makes things better. Not everything needs distributed ledger technology, but when it fits, it fits well.

Supply chain visibility

Track products through your network without relying on spreadsheets and phone calls. Works especially well when multiple parties need access to the same information but nobody wants to maintain a central database.

Document verification

Create tamper-proof records for certificates, contracts, and compliance documents. Useful when you're dealing with regulatory requirements or need to prove something existed at a specific time.

Multi-party workflows

Automate processes that involve several organizations without building complex integration systems. Good for situations where trust between parties is limited but cooperation is necessary.

Asset tracking

Monitor high-value items or materials as they move through your operations. Particularly relevant for manufacturers and distributors who need clear custody records.

Payment automation

Set up conditional payments that execute when specific criteria are met. Reduces manual processing and eliminates disputes about whether terms were satisfied.

Data integrity assurance

Maintain records that can't be altered retroactively. Important for auditing, compliance, and any situation where you need to prove historical accuracy.

How we figure out what you need

Consultation process

First conversation is usually about what's not working in your current setup. Most of the time, problems stem from manual processes or data silos rather than technology limitations.

We map out where information flows in your business and where it gets stuck. Sometimes that's between departments. Often it's between your company and partners or suppliers. Those friction points are where blockchain might help—or might not.

If a traditional database would work better, I'll tell you. If you need blockchain, we start with a small proof of concept. Nothing goes into production until you've seen it work with your actual data and your actual team.

Implementation happens in stages. Get one piece working, make sure people can actually use it, then expand. Projects typically run 4-8 months depending on complexity and how many legacy systems we're connecting to.

Problems we've helped solve

Real situations from the past couple years. Names changed, but the challenges and solutions are accurate.

Manufacturing verification system

Electronics manufacturer with counterfeit problems

They were finding fake components in their supply chain. Vendors insisted everything was legitimate, but testing proved otherwise. Built a verification system where each component batch got recorded at origin. Distributors couldn't alter records retroactively, so accountability became clear. Counterfeit rate dropped by about 70% over six months. The system paid for itself in prevented production failures.

Export documentation system

Export company drowning in paperwork

Every shipment required documents from five different parties. Coordinating signatures and verifications took days. Created a shared system where each party could sign off digitally with proof of authorization. Reduced processing time from 3 days to about 6 hours. Customer still uses it two years later.

Medical equipment tracking

Hospital needed to prove maintenance history for regulatory compliance. Paper logs were incomplete and occasionally got "updated" before audits. Built an immutable maintenance log tied to equipment serial numbers. Auditors accepted it as evidence. Hospital avoided potential fines and got better at scheduling preventive maintenance.
